Thanks to our self-check-in, you have complete flexibility upon arrival. You can check in at any time after 4:00 PM on your arrival day via a key box. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. You will receive all arrival details in advance via email.

Yes - each apartment includes a free parking space, located either directly at the house or in the underground garage.

The apartments are easily accessible by train via the Neuhausen or Neuhausen Rheinfall stations - both are just a few minutes' walk away. Bus stops such as Neuhausen Zentrum and Rhytech are also in the immediate vicinity.

Book with maximum flexibility: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival - completely risk-free. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full booking amount will be charged. If you need to cancel, please simply send us a short email.

Our apartments are "ready-to-live": Fresh towels, high-quality bed linen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen are all included. For a perfect start to your day, a coffee machine (including capsules or ground coffee) and tea are provided. For extra convenience: Each apartment has its own washing machine. In Apartment Coral and Apartment Grau, a private dryer is also at your disposal.

To ensure a worry-free stay for guests with allergies, pets are unfortunately not allowed. Additionally, all our accommodations are non-smoking apartments. We thank you for your understanding.
