We stayed 3 nights at her property and it was very comfortable and practical. Franzi is a very attentive host who really cares about her guest and made several suggestions near the area. We appreciated how clean the property was and very well designed. I loved her choice of all the furniture and the use of the space. It was very kid friendly I appreciated the grocery stores just steps away and the parking was also very convenient. I highly recommend Franzi's property.

"We spent three wonderful days in Neuhausen am Rheinfall ."

After the elevator ride to the top floor (luckily there is an elevator!), we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The apartment is beautifully and functionally furnished, just like in the pictures. The fact that the sun kept shining into the apartment and onto the balcony during our stay was, of course, great. But even on rainy days, the apartment would be a good place to take a breather.

We returned home feeling refreshed and inspired.

„Exceptional accommodation!“

Franzi was always available to answer questions and responded immediately. The location is perfect for visiting the Rhine Falls. The train connection is directly opposite. A supermarket is within walking distance in the same complex. The apartment is ultra-modern and the flexible room dividers are exceptional.
