Check-in is contactless and conveniently possible via online check-in.
Before your arrival, you will receive all the information and your personal access code by email.

Arrival is possible on any day of the week.
Your apartment will be available from 4:00 PM.
If an earlier check-in is possible, we will be happy to let you know.

Check-out should be no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Please note: A later departure is generally not possible.

All our apartments are fully equipped for a completely pleasant stay:

• Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes, as well as coffee, tea and basic consumables.

• Bed linen & towels: All inclusive - you don't need to bring anything.

• WLAN: Free high-speed WLAN in all apartments.

• Washing machine: Each apartment has its own washing machine.
  A dryer is also available in Apartment Coral and Apartment Grau.

Yes - each apartment has a free parking space, either directly at the building or in the underground car park.

You are also well connected by public transport:
The apartments can be easily reached by train via the Neuhausen or Neuhausen Rheinfall train station - both are only a few minutes' walk away.
Bus stops such as Neuhausen Zentrum and Rhytech are also in the immediate vicinity.

Unfortunately no - our apartments are pet-free. Thank you for your understanding.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days before arrival - very flexible and without risk.
In case of later cancellations, the full booking amount will be charged.
